If you wish to delete your Fun Top-Up account and purge your personal data, please fill in the request form below. No login is required. Once submitted, our admin team will verify your registered credentials and process the account deletion within 24 to 48 hours.

What Data Will Be Deleted?

  • Your profile details (Full Name, Registered Mobile Number, Email Address).
  • Your hashed Security PIN and authentication credentials.
  • Uploaded KYC Verification documents (NID/Passport photos).
  • Wallet account association and FCM Push Notification Tokens.
