3. User Accounts, Verification & Security

To use our services, you must register an account and adhere to the following security protocols:

• Eligibility: You must provide accurate, current, and complete registration information (full name, valid mobile number, and email).
• KYC Verification: Certain transaction thresholds and upgraded reseller tiers require National ID (NID) or government-issued document verification.
• PIN & Credential Safety: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login password, security PIN, and account credentials. Any actions performed using your credentials are deemed authorized by you.

• Service Pricing: Rates, commission discounts, and transaction fees are displayed transparently in real-time before confirming any transaction.
• Failed Transactions: If an automated recharge fails due to network or technical issues, the deducted amount will be promptly refunded back to your platform wallet balance.

5. User Obligations & Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following unauthorized activities:

• Using the Platform for fraudulent financial transfers, money laundering, or illegal gambling.
• Entering incorrect recipient phone numbers intentionally or spamming telecommunication networks.
• Attempting to bypass security protections, reverse engineer the application, or exploit system vulnerabilities.

Digital services that are executed immediately upon your express consent may not be canceled once delivery is fulfilled by the telecom network.

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Fun Top-Up connects with third-party telecommunication operators and gateway networks. While we strive for 99.9% uptime and instant execution, we are not liable for delayed SMS notifications, operator downtime, or incorrect recipient phone numbers provided by the user.
